Location & Accessibility: Hell’s Gate National Park is located near Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley, approximately 90 kilometers northwest of Nairobi, and about a 25-minute drive from Naivasha town. The park can be easily accessed by road, with well-maintained routes leading to the main entrance.
Park & Event Entrance: Participants and spectators can access the event using the Hell’s Gate National Park main entrance – Elsa Gate. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our welcoming ushers and the park’s iconic “A Walk on the Wild Side” branding, setting the stage for your adventure ahead.
Facilities: Within the park, you’ll find a range of facilities to enhance your experience, including picnic sites, campsites, nature trails, and restrooms. Please note that while the park offers basic amenities, visitors should come prepared with essentials such as sunscreen and comfortable clothing. Bicycles for hire, Food, Drinks, Water & Immersive entertainment are available at our Festival Village.
Activities: In addition to festivities at the Hell’s Gate Biking Fest, visitors to the park can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, hiking, rock climbing, swimming at Ol Karia Geothermal Spa, wildlife viewing, birdwatching, camping, and nature walks. Additionally, our event organizers are on hand to ensure a smooth and enjoyable camping experience for all attendees.
