Hell’s Gate Biking Fest aims to bring you and your pals a full schedule of a non-stop festival fiesta where your days are bursting with activities. Apart from riding, you will also be able to relax and refuel with delicious food and refreshing drinks with friends, or simply kick back and chill to the smoothest tunes spun by the hottest DJs and musicians around, or even catch industry experts sharing their knowledge in engaging talks and demos.

10th Aug – Day 1

0900hrs – Arrivals
0930hrs – Official Opening & Tree planting exercise
1000hrs – Keynote speeches
1100hrs – Races & Rides
1100hrs – Cross-Country Cycling for Adults & Minors
1600hrs – Happy Hour at the Festival Village until late (The Festival Village will remain open throughout the day)
2200hrs – Overnight camping under the stars

11th Aug – Day 2

0700hrs – Yoga & Meditation
0800hrs – Final races & rides
1430hrs – Keynote speeches
1500hrs – Prize-giving ceremony
1530hrs – Happy Hour until HGBF closes gates at 1700hrs

ABOUT THE RACES;

Main Race (Buffalo Race) – Participants in this mountain biking race will ride around the park on a 25 km circuit for 2 laps making a total distance of 50+ KMs.
Cross-Country Cycling (Twiga Race) – This XCO race will consist of completing multiple laps on around a 4 – 6 km circuit, with a duration of about 60 – 90 minutes.
Short-track Cycling (Fischers Tower Race) – This is a Hells Gate Biking Fest Signature Race that happens on a short course, for multiple laps making it the most competitive & interesting race for the festival fans to watch. The course will be short and less technical, allowing for multiple laps on a duration of about 20-30 minutes.
Hell’s Gate Corporate Fun Ride – This is an amateur fun race that has corporate, and individual categories and features anyone who can ride. Bring your colleagues and let’s see which is the best riding brand in East Africa. 
Family & Couples Fun Ride – Which is the best riding family/couple? This is a fun race designed for recreational riders among families and features kids, minors, and adults.
Dirt Jumping – Dirt jumping is the practice of riding bikes over jumps and becoming airborne as you perform tricks with the style
