Hell’s Gate Biking Fest aims to bring you and your pals a full schedule of a non-stop festival fiesta where your days are bursting with activities. Apart from riding, you will also be able to relax and refuel with delicious food and refreshing drinks with friends, or simply kick back and chill to the smoothest tunes spun by the hottest DJs and musicians around, or even catch industry experts sharing their knowledge in engaging talks and demos.

DAY 1: HELL’S GATE NATIONAL PARK

0900hrs – Arrivals & Registration
1000hrs – Official Opening & Launch of Beyond the Finish Line Initiative
1030hrs – Opening Remarks
1100hrs – Twiga Race (21KMs)
1300hrs – Kids Relay Fun Race
1400hrs – Corporate & Partners Relay Fun Race
1600hrs – Happy Hour at the Festival Village until late
2200hrs – Overnight camping under the stars

DAY 2: HELL’S GATE NATIONAL PARK

0700hrs – Yoga & Meditation
0900hrs – Buffalo Race (Main Race – 50KM)
1200hrs – Swara Race for minors
1300hrs – Adults Relay Fun Race
1430hrs – Keynote speeches
1500hrs – Prize-giving ceremony
1530hrs – Happy Hour until Bike Fest closes gates at 1700hrs

ABOUT THE RACES;

1. Buffalo Race – Race with the Pros in our 2025 KCRS-listed Main Race! Participants in this race will ride around the park on a 25 km circuit along the most amazing trails, completing 2 laps for a total distance of over 50 km, and also stand a chance to win individual and team points on the KCRS chart.
2. Twiga Race – Challenge yourself in a new style! This XCO race will consist of completing multiple laps around a 4–6 km circuit, with a duration of approximately 60–90 minutes to the finish line.
3. Swara Race – Applicable to minors between the ages of 3 and 16 years. Challenge the young ones in a new style! These races will consist of completing multiple laps on around a 3 km circuit, with a duration of about 20-40 minutes to the win.
4. Two Races Special Package – Register for 2 races at a special rate made just for YOU! Participants in this Package qualify for a medal & a t-shirt. If you register for this category, kindly share your t-shirt size with our team via 0799923741
5. Under 23 – Register to participate in the Hell’s Gate Biking Fest competitive categories at this special rate for young adults. Choose between one race – either the Buffalo or the Twiga race. To participate in both, register under the Two Races Special Package.
6. Kids Relay Fun Race – Gather your squad and let’s have fun! This relay race is a team-based competition where four cyclists work together, each covering a portion of the total distance before passing on the race to the next teammate for a set duration of time.
7. Adults Relay Fun Race – Gather your squad and let’s have fun! This relay race is a team-based competition where four cyclists work together, each covering a portion of the total distance before passing on the race to the next teammate for a set duration of time.
8. Overnight Camping – Our camping experience offers you an exhilarating adventure that combines the thrill of cycling with the tranquility of nature. It’s a unique encounter where you connect with the great outdoors of Hell’s Gate National Park around the campfire with slow, cool music & stargazing.
